John is Sherlock's pet but John was not supposed to be a pet. Sherlock loves John more than he can imagine. John leaves to save his sister and breaks Sherlock's heart. John takes his sister's place in Moriarty's prison. John becomes Moriarty's favorite pet and abuses him, so does Sebastian. John meets Molly and tries to get her to help him escape. Moriarty sends Sherlock video tapes of him abusing John and it further breaks Sherlock's heart. In the end, Lestrade and Mycroft save all the pets in Moriarty's prison and Molly kills Moriarty. The end is Molly moves in with Mrs Hudson. John goes up to see Sherlock and ask him why he didn't save him, then they have sex.
