When Steve became CA, he was still too 'soft' so to fix it, the scientists came up with a second personality, "The Captain" to do what needed to be done. The Captain also works to protect Steve, even from the future.Tony is the first peron since the thaw to figure it out and he starts to fall for the sweet, artistic Steve Rogers. Tony and The Captain come to a comprimise.
