There are not words to encompass the sheer awesomeness of this story. The fact it even exists might fall into the category of things to be described as "bizarrely inexplicable" even by my standards.
It is a lovingly crafted exercise in absurdity, appreciation for the snark of one Anthony Bourdain, and uniquely exquisite madness. It made me laugh so hard I cried, while also being true to the travel-writer it imitates, well-constructed, and an homage to the weird world of Narnia that I enjoyed getting a bit lost in as a child. It is the most unexpected and bizarre work of fan-made fiction I've ever stumbled across, but by far and away my favourite unprecedented gem of glorious insanity.
If you've ever seen a show narrated by Anthony Bourdain and enjoyed the snark, and if you read any of the Chronicles of Narnia series at some point in your life, you should read this. Fair warning: drinking or eating while reading this work of fiction may result in spit-takes or other mishaps that might endanger any nearby electronic devices.
