Summary
Korra's ready to restore bending, restore Republic City, and restore balance now that Amon is gone -- except that it's never that easy. She's having trouble controlling the Avatar State; her bending seems different; the Equalists and their ideals haven't gone anywhere; and her own small circle of friends is as unbalanced as things get. Even with all four elements at her fingertips, Korra is still having trouble connecting to what it means to be the Avatar.
Her world has shifted out of equilibrium, and she needs to find her balance before Republic City follows.
