“Now look, John,” Sherlock began, doing up his buttons. “This is very much not what I came here with the intention of doing.”
“Oh?” John replied, puzzled. This was not, Sherlock admitted to himself, an unreasonable response. He had come to a brothel, he had recieved sex. To John’s average mind it must have made perfect, logical sense.

Summary
Steve takes things like personal responsibility and respect seriously. Tony's got people he pays to take care of that kind of thing, and anyway, he's pretty sure that he's going to die of some exotic disease in his workshop, because Dummy's still a little spotty about what is 'clean' enough to put on an open wound. The rest of the Avengers are in this for personal gain, except for Clint, he just enjoys being a dick.
And some things shouldn't be a chore.

Summary
"Evil ex," he breathes, clearing his throat and detaching himself enough to slide into the seat across from him. "Uh, yeah. So. That. Thanks. For saving me."
Single Table cocks his head to the side, practically inspecting him. "From the evil ex?"
Stiles laughs. Single Table's voice is higher than he thought it would be, but not high, and it's impossibly velvet-smooth. Stiles is melting. "Yeah. He just, uh, walked in. With a date. A date that's like, fifty million times more attractive than I am."
(alternate title served to you with a trigger warning: she may contain the urge to run away (but hold her down))

Summary
In which Castiel proposes to Dean with a minimum of poetry, and Dean does not react as expected..
The idea crept up on Castiel. He’s not sure when it first came to him. But there’s something about the idea of pledging your love and devotion to one person forever that keeps marriage in the back of his mind as he watches Dean.
Dean has never had any illusions about how his life would go. He’s known he’ll never get a quiet family life like most men dream of attaining. However, in a tightly sealed box inside his secret heart, he’s built up a dream of what it might be like if he could choose his life. He’s imagined finding someone who would love and accept him for all his scars and darkness and gently unwrap the loneliness circled round his heart to let some brightness into his life.

Summary
The car door opens and one of the soldiers slides in, almost braining Harold with the butt of his gun. "Sorry, sir," the soldier says, breathless, "I thought you were in the other car — but you weren't — so I had to jump out and—"
"Who are you?" Harold says, but the soldier's familiar; the tall one who'd looked embarrassed.
And who still looks embarrassed. "Oh. Sorry, sir. Um. John Harris. Private Harris? I'm your um, assigned unit. Sir.” He sticks out a hand.
