Summary
"I heard what happened," Jessica says.
Harvey nods but avoids her gaze. He figured the Bar Association would report the outcome of their meetings, that Mike had fooled Harvey and all of Pearson Hardman into thinking he was qualified when he wasn't, that Harvey had testified that he had no idea Mike was a fraud. The lie had tasted so bitter on his tongue, and he never imagined lying under oath in this way. He could stomach perjuring himself to protect Mike, but lying to denounce him made his skin crawl. -

Summary
Scott explained it to him once. Something about pack dynamics and proximity being conducive to better rest and expedited recuperation after a traumatic incident. All Stiles heard was after shit goes down, we have a sleepover.

Summary
It's like a moment frozen in time, the three of them standing there in a shocked stupor, unable to move or speak. And then, without a word, Harvey closes the door as he walks away.

Summary
He would be lying if he said he wasn't tempted. Because he has known Mike for a grand total of twenty minutes and already knows that Mike would work hard, could excel if given the chance. And more than that, he likes this kid, his bravado and cheek, the way he can give back as good as he gets. And Harvey only expected to find someone he could tolerate; he never anticipated finding someone he actually liked.
But he can't do it. There are bigger things at play here. He would be betraying Jessica - she’s done so much for him, more than he could ever enumerate, and hiring someone with no degree is not a fine way to repay her. So as much as he wants to go back, to say, "You're hired, you start on Monday," he can't. He won't. Instead he says, "The coast is clear." [AU in which Harvey doesn't hire Mike in the pilot episode.] -

Summary
He wasted so much time waiting to hear the words from Harvey. It was months, years, so much wasted time. And it took him longer than it probably should have to realize that while he was waiting for Harvey to admit that he felt this too, this connection between the two of them, strong and unyielding and overwhelming, that Harvey had already told him. He had said it in every touch, every look, Mike was just too blind to notice.
