HBO!verse, based on implications in episode 3.03.
Prompt: Show-verse. Ramsay (with whatever false name you like) gives Theon comfort handjobs while they're on the run, saying they're to relax him and help him get what little sleep they can afford. He keeps upping the game through blowjobs and rutting until Theon, confused and in pain and completely dependent on his rescuer, finally consents to be fucked. They're 'found' right as Ramsay finishes and Theon learns who Ramsay really is while he still has come dripping down his thighs.
So basically, all the sexually manipulative head-games.
