Summary
The Necromongers are closing in on the Nesa Galaxy, something the Regime is keeping from the planets under their rule. Desperate to retain their control, the Regime tasks the UAC with creating an army capable of defeating the Necromongers.
Reaper doesn't intend to let the UAC continue with their experiments, not after Olduvai, and along the way he finds an ally in Riddick. However, neither are aware of the approaching threat from beyond their galaxy.
With the shadow of the Necromongers growing, the Regime will stop at nothing to get the army it wants.
