Rip’s obnoxious voice rings through his head, droning on about paradoxes and as much as Len doesn’t trust him as far as Mick can throw him, paradoxes have played a part in practically every sci-fi movie Len has ever seen and he’s not too keen on the idea of one himself.
And yet, he’s still standing there, wishing he were face to face with his own Barry but still selfish and greedy enough to appreciate this older one. The way Barry is looking at him, though, tells him his appreciation isn’t unwanted.

Barry’s still quiet though and when Len looks over, he’s hunched over in his chair, still intently focused on his phone screen. Len settles in the chair next to him, eyebrow lifting even higher when Barry hunches in even further, like he’s protecting himself or something.
“Need a light?”
Jason jerks, hadn’t even realized he wasn’t alone in his desperate desire to be anywhere but inside the manor. It only takes seconds for him to find the source of the voice. Roy’s a few feet down, tucked back into an alcove, out of sight of the windows, his own cigarette half gone.

Johnny’s not a sore loser. He’s really not. But this is just... it’s embarrassing. Peter has lapped him at least twice already and barrelling fast towards a third lap. And, if he were playing anyone else, he wouldn’t resort to such shameless tactics, but, well, it’s Peter.

In front of him, Ronan deflates, curving forwards until his forehead touches Gansey’s, his back a sharp curve under his tank that Gansey has a sudden desperate urge to trace with his hands and lips. He bottles the urge, focuses on the rise and fall of Ronan’s chest, the way his lower lip looks when he sinks his teeth into it. It makes him wonder what Ronan’s thinking or if he’s actually holding something back for once.
Yes, Clint is avoiding the other Avengers. No, he does not want to go back to New York. But then again, he didn't exactly want to be kidnapped by the Winter Soldier either. Really, he just wants to go back to bed.
