So glad to find Lomonaaeren here on AO3 - I first read this fic on Fanfiction.Net way back when I'd just discovered fandom, and nearly five years later this fic is still as gripping as it was the first go-around. Totally worth the read IMO, but do heed the warnings re: graphic violence/gore; and if the undercurrent of not-quite-homophobia bothers you as well, well. (But still, really fucking amazing.)
