Getting reborn sucks, getting reborn into the narutoverse? Cool, but still sucks. Reborn as Sasuke Uchiha's twin sister and younger sister to Itachi Uchiha? I'll just go ahead and file that away into the Nope department.
I'm really not cut out for this sort of life.

Everyone else was avoiding the strange man but Harry felt himself drawn to him. His loud, archaic speech and enthusiastic drinking seemed to be off-putting to most people but to the Gryffindor it felt comfortingly familiar how different the man was. One-shot

Carlos's reaction to the first date involves a lot more anguished cries than Cecil's, though to be fair, they're only anguished cries of "Why did I do that, why did I say that, why am I allowed to interact with other people" so they're still better than at least eighty percent of Night Vale's late night wails.

    It's always been blood.

From broken noses in the alleys of Brooklyn, to the horrific battlefields of World War II, he's never been living without it. Crimson, it fills his veins and bleeds from his wounds.

He's already bled so much. He has already bled out decades ago, empty and spent.

Death fills the abyss. He's been trained to kill; he's known since he joined the army. Terminating another life has never made him feel more alive. It itches under his skin.

He needs the adrenaline rushing through his system. He needs the undivided focus, the simplicity of the mission. He knows what he's after.

After all, he's only ever dealt with death
