The fact of the matter is that Mrs. Aesir has too many sons and no one to inherit the estate. Someone must marry Thor, particularly if that someone is Lady Sif, recently returned to Asgardshire, and Loki will ensure that it happens by any means necessary — even at the cost of his own heart. Yet forces are at play to ensure no one inherits Mjolnir Manor at all. Will Mrs. and Mr. Aesir's past ruin any prospects of a future for their sons?

Summary
How would having your soul on the outside change how we look at war? This series began with a simple itch to put daemons, Philip Pullman's "animal familiars" from the His Dark Materials trilogy, with the men of Easy Company. It turned into a way to explore the effects of unbelievable bonds and experiences on human beings. (Also, I still really like daemons.)
None of these stories need to be read in any particular order; they're posted in the order written, and there will almost certainly be more. Thanks so much for reading, and I hope you enjoy!
