Summary
When a bloodied, battered Loki appears out of nowhere at Stark Tower while Thor is visiting, everyone's initial reaction was that of shock. When they discovered that the bundle in his arms was an infant, however, that shock was multiplied. With a mortal Loki and his human child on the run for their lives, everybody has to learn to put aside their prejudices and decide whether or not to protect Thor's brother and his niece.
(In which Chelsea stitches together her own fictional version of Loki mythology, there is implied non-con in the form of Loki becoming pregnant after sex with someone under mind control during his incursion on earth, and Loki's life has basically been nothing but pain.)
