I posted my first fan fiction online in 1996 but I'd been writing it, mostly in secret, for years and years before that. Those early stories were seen only by my closest friends and, believe me, are best forgotten.
I wrote Hercules and Xena fanfic as variously as Morgan, morgan32 (on the boards) and Morgan )O(. I kept the Morgan )O( pseud after I left Ancient
New ZealandGreece for Stargate SG-1 fandom. Most sites don't like )O( as part of a login name, so I defaulted to morgan32 as a username for most boards and LJ. I eventually left SG-1 when the pointless fandom wars became too much for me to handle. I'd hoped to find a home in Atlantis but that fandom ended up being all about that odious little imp McKay; a bandwagon I simply cannot see myself joining. So that led me to Highlander and Sentinel and later to my current love Supernatural. I have a smattering of fics in other fandoms but those are the ones I've stuck with. In 2009 I decided I'd been "morgan32" for far too long, and switched my pseud to "Morgan Briarwood".I can be found on Livejournal, Dreamwidth and Insanejournal as briarwood (formerly morgan32) and on Journalfen as morgan32.
