It isn’t hard to notice Kimberly Hart. Trini isn’t really into labels, but she sure as hell knows that she’s at least a little bit something when she sees the girl flounce in. Biology is boring, and Kimberly Hart’s legs are long and her jeans leave so little to the imagination.
This whole…disaster of an attraction is easy enough to ignore. Trini can pretend that she does not stare at the girl’s legs. She can pretend, even, that she hasn’t seen Kimberly strip and dive into a pool of water up on the mountain. It’s easy; Kimberly doesn’t know who the hell she is, and Trini isn’t interested in explaining, either.
Of course, then Billy Cranston blows up a fucking mountain.

Beca is an up and coming producer, Chloe Beale is pop’s newest princess. This is the story of how they fall in love.
"Beca Mitchell, producer of just-barely-notable-but-growing-in-notoriety songs like “Lightning Street” by Albion Avalon and “Esorcus” by Palindromes, is a bit of a mystery player. When you Google her name, you’ll see her production credits on Snoop Dogg’s Christmas CD, and a few other major artists from her time with Residual Heat. You’ll see a few grainy clips of her DJing at some of the hottest L.A. clubs, showing off a flare for that perfect fade from one song to another over a thumping and heavy bass. You’ll even find a few of those mixes perfected into glorious mash-ups that hipsters the world over crave."
"The Billboard Hot 100 chart’s record for most number-one singles from one album to appear is five, shared by Katy Perry and Michael Jackson. The song playing on the radio as Chloe Beale sits down for an interview in Chicago, just before she blows the doors off the at-capacity United Center, is Beale’s fourth from her second album, Cotillion."

“You sought comfort in the arms of a woman!” Abby whisper-yells, looking at Erin accusingly. “Our coworker! I know that you two have been flirting for a while now, but come on, Erin!”
“We – we have not been flirting!” Erin says, and then realizes she should backtrack to deny the larger accusation. Patty enters the room just before she can.
“We talkin’ Holtzmann?” Patty asks, and Erin places her hand on her forehead, because she’s surrounded by crazy people.

The woman was odd, to be certain. But her skills were incomparable, verging on pure theoretical fantasies brought to life – the things that Abby and Erin had only imagined, things they had not even begun to think about imagining – Holtzmann created them. Her workshop in the firehouse was a mess of wires, metals, and a slight whiff of something burning. But it was Erin’s favorite place to go when things were not going correctly.

Captain America wakes up and causes quite the scene too, bursting into the middle of Times Square and turning circles around in wonder. The video plays over and over on the news, which Angie watches then, over and over, at the diner. There’s the gorgeous Peggy Carter, at the center of a storm of suits and Escalades, staring up at the big lights. She doesn’t look a day over 26, and honestly, Angie thinks she looks beautiful. Modern day AU where Peggy is Captain America.
“I hope we can be friends,” she says and Lena’s throat feels thick at the sound of it. “I care about you, you know.”
Heat spikes in the back of Lena’s eyes. “Friends,” she repeats. “Of course. Why couldn’t we be?”
The answer is obvious. They were never really friends, even when they technically were. Lena has zero idea how Kara plans to manage it now with all their history between them.
A sort of retelling of S2 under the premise that Lena and Kara went to college together and dated.
