Summary
Davy Dempsey is contentedly married (though he's spending more time with his dog than his wife), comfortably wealthy (though he's spending his nest egg on everyone but himself), and completely reformed from a life of crime (though he's spending entirely too much energy contemplating one tiny regression). And somewhere between conning scalpers, construction scrapes, and a close encounter with a questionable Santa, he gets to spend Christmas with his newly-integrated, functionally-dysfunctional family (though he wouldn't want them any other way).

Bookmarker's Notes
freneticfloetry's "And To All A Goodnight" is holiday fic that feels like it came straight from Jennifer Crusie's books. Davy, the Goodnight women, Sophie, Phin, Ford...they're all perfectly drawn here, and their voices are filled with love and laughter. Reading this story is time definitely well spent, especially as a tag to Faking It. It's so authentic; I could not stop grinning at every perfect reference to the source material. Just a warning: You may want a muffin afterwards.
