    Summary

People in the audience would crane their necks to watch Yuuri sit and calmly sip his drink. He’d raise the glass to his lips and down its contents slowly, as if the gold liquid was honey and not champagne. Or he’d get a cocktail and drink it through a straw in a way that would make the men around him break out into a cold sweat. Then he’d cross his legs and recline in his seat and it didn’t matter what was happening on the stage: every eye in the room was on him. The regulars often said that no one could cross their legs like Eros did.
That night he sat in his usual spot and watched the stage with unseeing eyes. Two weeks of someone leaving a bouquet of roses would make anyone curious. He’d always find them in the same spot. There were always seven of them. And they always came without a note. But Yuuri knew they were all from the same person.

A Burlesque AU with Yuuri as a performer and Victor as his admirer.

    Summary

    Life as Death is simple.

He guides souls, protects them, and keeps the Universe balanced by ensuring every death is followed. Death only sees those who cheat him – spirits who refuse to move on from their life or people who do not follow their fate and do not die when they’re supposed to.

Yuuri is Death and he has a job to do.

But life as Death gets complicated when he sees Victor. And even more, when he does the one thing he is not supposed to do – change a fate and save a life.

    ~

Or: Yuuri is Death itself and finds himself unknowingly falling in love with Victor, a lonely soul who falls for Yuuri too.

    Summary

Yuri Katsuki is considering retiring from competitive figure skating after coming in sixth at his first Grand Prix Final, but an accident only days after the final leaves his idol, Victor Nikiforov, in a coma. Grief stricken, Yuri decides to dedicate his season to the fallen skater and throws himself into the sport. He puts everything on the line for three final competitions. Then, dreams shattered, he retires.

Adrift, grieving, and unsure of his place in the world Yuri turns to photography and quickly becomes known as one of the best figure skating photographers at competitions. It is this that leads him to the one thing that lends a sense of catharsis: recreating famous photographs of Victor, except in empty ice rinks.

However, soon strange artifacts start to appear in his photos, and a presence calling itself Victor attaches itself to him. Yuri is left to wonder if he is going insane or if he's being haunted, and whether the strange artifacts in the photos are at all connected to the comatose skater.

    Summary

“I’m telling you, he has no idea I exist.”

Christophe rolls his eyes. No one can roll their eyes like Christophe. If it were an Olympic sport, everyone else would give up. “The editor of the school paper doesn’t know who the star setter of the men’s volleyball team is?” he says. “That’s just bad journalism.”

    “It’s true,” Victor insists.

A chubby boy is on the other side of the court, interviewing Victor’s coach. He’s holding up his phone to record Coach Yakov’s analysis of the unimportant midseason game, his face serious behind cute, square glasses. It’s enough to make Victor’s heart melt into his shoes.
