Bookmarker's Notes
One of my favorite Jun stories ever. It has romance, sure, but it's a character piece at heart dealing with Jun's post-war life and the changes she goes through. A superb portrait of an awesome woman in a time of external and personal turmoil.

Summary
Set sixteen years post-series. In self-imposed exile from the Fire Nation, Azula makes a living as a bounty hunter. What starts out as a simple job becomes much more complicated when the daughter of her client tags along, but something more than money is involved.
I have made edits to comply with the Legend of Korra since Republic City is the setting of the upcoming one-shot sequel.

I love the hard-edged feel of the story, and the glimpses into Azula's post-war life and mentality are pure gold.

Bookmarker's Notes
Takes an intriguing premise and adds a whole lot of texture to the world by following that premise. Who'd have thought language would give rise to such humor and poignancy? Highly recommended.

Bookmarker's Notes
Story takes and runs with the B-plot of the infamous fan comic How I Became Yours in which Azula is possessed by Yue and falls in love with Sokka. Azula is HIBY was perfectly happy to have her mind and personality wiped away, but to anyone with a passing acquaintance with the character this is either extremely unlikely or extremely disturbing. Mirror asks the question, what would really happen if Yue tried to take over Azula's mind? Great depiction of Yue and spirits, the main Avatar cast and Ursa, and above all Azula herself as she struggles with the end of the war and her identity. Originally submitted to Avatar Big Bang.
