    Summary

Will feels the constant prickling shadow of his old life - and old morality - threatening to disrupt the fragile harmony he and Hannibal have built. And when past and present collide, an even greater threat presents itself...

'Without Contraries is no progression. Attraction and Repulsion, Reason and Energy, Love and Hate, are necessary to Human existence.'
From 'The Marriage of Heaven and Hell' by William Blake.

Dedicated with love to my beautiful friend wraithsonwings .

My grateful thanks as always go out to my beta PKA42.

I was delighted to be partnered with hanni-bunny-lecter for the 2017 Murder Husbands Big Bang; their art graces several chapters of this fic. It goes without saying that I feel immensely privileged! Please go over to Tumblr and give them some love for the astounding work they have done here.

The wonderful shoegazerx has created a stunning picture for Chapter 5! Thank you, lovely!

    Summary

“How long have I been here?” Will asked, but immediately waved off her answer, realizing it didn’t matter either way. “Look, my name is Will Graham – I don’t know what happened but you have to give my partner a call.”

“I’ll get the doctor,” she told him, her voice trained to the mellow murmur just about all medical professionals used on omegas.

Will opened his mouth to tell her that there was no need, that he felt fine, and if she would just listen, he could discharge himself and be out of her hair in thirty minutes flat. He grabbed the safety rails and forced himself to stand, though the motion made him a little dizzy. Something on his peripheral vision grabbed at him. The whiteboard strip above the hospital bed – W GRAHAM-LECTER, omega, male, B positive – struck him like a physical blow.

AU where Will is a civilian on vacation who meets Hannibal while he's on the run in Florence. Of course Hannibal is incapable of keeping a low profile, so he immediately offers to play tour guide. They fall in love.

This was just a short something I wrote to get out of my head after rewatching 'Dolce', but then it spiraled out of control and now it's turned into.... an entire thing.

    Summary

AU in which Will Graham is a disenchanted journalist, resigned to his fate of back-page wedding announcements at Tattler News. He has a watch that beeps to tell him when to get water, when to go for a walk, and when to eat, but he hasn't yet found a program to tell him how to feel when the Chesapeake Ripper of all people sends Fanmail.

    Dear Will Graham,
I adored your analysis of the Minnesota Shrike. How quickly you boxed him into a corner and revealed his hand! Surely the ladies on campus will sleep better knowing to avoid anyone that looks remotely like them with a father in tow. That, or perhaps you’ve inspired them all to dye their hair a poignant shade of blonde until the next killer comes along.
I wonder if your clever little mind would be able to catch someone like me, however; would you be interested in playing a game, Mr. Graham? I’ve grown bored as of late, and the city is not much to entertain these days. You can respond in your new column. Congratulations, by the way.
    -Chesapeake Ripper.

He really shouldn’t be excited that there are lives at stake. In reality, though, Will hasn’t felt much in a long, long time.
