Summary
** CONTAINS SPOILERS for The Avengers (2012) **
Agent Phil Coulson really does have a cellist in Portland, but it's not exactly what anyone thinks.
(If you're not familiar with one of the fandoms, you should still be able to follow the story well-enough. Most of the Grimm elements are explained as necessary because they're new to either Phil or Clint, but if there are particular points that need more explanation, give me a shout. You can check out my Quick and Dirty Guide to Grimm (with pictures of the characters) or kellifer's Avenger's Fandom Movie-verse overview.)
*Pairing Specific Details can be found in the Notes section at the end if you're curious.

Summary
“You know it's Valentine's Day, sir, right?”
“Yes, what's that got to do with—it's Stark, isn't it? It's always Stark.” Phil braced himself for the inevitable bad news. “What did he do this time?”
Phil Coulson hates Valentine's Day at S.H.I.E.L.D. - until he doesn't.

Summary
They've made a habit of this: the late night knock, the doorbell lean, the quickly picked lock. Turning up in one another's spaces unannounced, though not unwelcome. The promise of sanctuary has been there as long as they've known each other, which is longer than most people realize and much longer than they'll admit to.
In which Arthur and Eames have always relied on each other to keep one important secret.

Summary
“Let me guess,” Eames says, no longer surprised when Arthur appears unannounced at his door. “You couldn't bear to stay away from my sofa for one more day.”
In which Arthur develops a relationship with Eames' sofa and eventually with Eames himself.

Summary
It's entirely possible Eames' traitorous heart has waited until precisely this kind of moment to blindside him. Arthur—beautiful, competent, untouchable Arthur—seems human and vulnerable stretched out on Eames' sofa beneath his grandmother's afghan, and Eames experiences a rush of feeling for Arthur so strong it stops him in his trainers. He fully expects to find skid marks when he looks down.
Arthur and Eames have always had an arrangement of sorts: Eames goes to Arthur when he's in trouble, and Arthur doesn't get in trouble. But when Arthur starts turning up at Eames' door with mysterious injuries everything changes.

Summary
“I don't think the definition of 'easy' includes being shot at by Russians and getting cock-blocked by your best friends!” Arthur shouts.
This could be the beginning of something amazing ... if Dom and Mal will only stay out of Arthur's way. A story in which there are Russians, Arthur spends a lot of time in his underwear, and (sadly) no one gets laid.

Summary
"Why don't you just tell me why Hank thinks I run a book club on the first Monday evening of the month, and why he's offered to bring artichoke dip, which sounds awesome by the way, to the next meeting?”
Nick closed his eyes, and when he spoke his voice was a rush of words. “Because it was better than him thinking we were having sex?”
Monroe had always wanted to belong to a Book Club, but he'd never imagined it would be to help out Nick.

Summary
“There's no 'me and Monroe,' Hank. At least not the way you mean.”
“You don't have to be embarrassed about it. It's okay, Nick. It's not even that big a surprise, really.”
“I'm not embarrassed because there's nothing—wait, what do you mean it's not that big a surprise?"Hank asks Nick a lot of questions--some he's expecting, some he's not, and some he doesn't know the answers for. Yet.

Summary
"He can't bring himself to feel ashamed. This is the closest he has ever been to his son. He knows he has never been a good father. He doesn't believe he has been a bad one either.'
Incest Warning: Nothing terribly explicit, but this scene does take place during the episode "Transference" when Lionel and Clark have switched bodies.

Summary
Arthur is an assassin hired to kill a seemingly unremarkable English actor named Eames, but a chance meeting has Arthur falling for his target instead.
Excerpt: None of this gave Arthur even an inkling as to why some very powerful people would pay a sizable sum to have the actor killed. From the carefree way Eames was going about his business as usual, Arthur would wager the actor had no idea that someone was at this very moment evaluating his life for the best possible chance to end it.

Summary
“There are far more unprofessional things than shagging one of your colleagues.”
“Like betting on it?”
Ariadne and Yusuf make a bet, Arthur and Eames have an agreement, and Cobb is pleasantly oblivious to what's going on.

Summary
“Arthur, you've rung me at 2:30 in the bloody morning from Soho where you appear to be on a street corner and shirtless, possibly drugged. I've no doubt you're capable of handling yourself under normal circumstances, but drunken blokes aren't always the most understanding sort, especially when you're not actually selling what you look like you're selling.”

Summary
Recovery is a slow process, but a road trip to Las Vegas can solve a lot of problems. Almost as many as it causes.
In which, Arthur's a throwback to a different era (and still nineteen!), Eames is a gorgeous idiot in tight pants, Fitz is still over-protective, and Davidson's like catnip at a gay bar.
This story follows immediately after Training Days. It's fourth in the Origins 'verse.

“No, Arthur, we can stay here at the Motel 6 forever. I'll get a job washing dishes and parking cars, and you can start as a busboy and work your way up to night manager. We'll stay here in Room 13, living on take-away Chinese and love, and never, ever have to leave.”
A story that started out as "Eames stops touching Arthur" and ended up somewhere else entirely. Specifically, a Motel 6.

“You know who could best you in a fight right now, Arthur? Kittens,” Fitz says. “Tiny, fluffy kittens.”
Training days in the dream-sharing program are not without incident. Sometimes it seems like it's one damn thing after another.
