There's a bruise on the back of Jon's neck the size of a copper piece. Jon can't really see it, but he presses it with his fingers every so often - often. Minor spoilers for GoT 1.4.
ETA: None of this belongs to me, but rather to HBO and GRRM. No profit is being made. Warnings for quasi-incest (sigh, let's not get into this, since SPOILERS, sort of).
