Summary
Written as a fill on the Dragon Age Kinkmeme. Anders is a Tevinter magister (not a very good one) and Hawke is a slave (not a very good one, either) and the two don't get along very well (except for when they really, really do). Every mage, at some point or another, dreamed of one day becoming a magister in Tevinter. And if they told you differently, chances were they were lying.

Why, anon, Hawke threw Anders in chains, of course. Chains, leather, and magebane laced with aphrodisacs.
Think Goodfellas, The Godfather, and Mafia (the game) meets Dragon Age, but no real crossover. A lot of it very much tongue-in-cheek.

Summary
The book Anders had found was that Nevarran trash with the ridiculous title— "Fang of the Dragonlord" or something equally mortifying. It could hardly be called a story, with only the barest vestiges of plot holding together scene after scene of filthy smut, and it was so embarrassingly dog-eared. Suddenly, setting himself on fire didn’t seem like that terrible an option.
Between Karl's insistent internal monologue and Anders' ticklish feet, eventually they manage to have sex for the first time.
