“I’m not going anywhere.” It’s the dead of the night, it’s raining outside and they’re in some small village in Wales – all the worst clichés rolled into one, Robb thinks.
“You should,” Theon whispers against his shoulder. “It’s not worth it.”
“Shut up.”
“I can’t be worth it.”
Robb pushes hair out of Theon’s forehead, carding through it, wishing he hadn’t been so late. And wishing he could punch Theon’s dad in the face, because from what Theon always told him, he has an idea of why he’s saying that out of everything.

Summary
Theon’s shoulders relax a fraction, and Robb hums under his breath as he keeps on combing through the soft, dark hair caught in between his fingers. He was right, Theon washed it first. He doesn’t do much more for a while, not until Theon lets out a deep breath against his thigh and his shoulders lose tension for good.

Bruce is pretty sure a therapist wouldn't help his client synthesise the main compounds in chocolate at three in the morning. Just like he's pretty sure exposure therapy does not mean trolling cosmology conferences and hacking SHIELD's files about wormholes. And when they say pets help with anxiety, they don't mean pet Hulks. But hey, he did say he wasn't a therapist, didn't he?
Or, in which Bruce Banner knows about breathing exercises for panic attacks and grounding techniques for flashbacks, but as far as therapy goes, that's pretty much it. But if Tony refuses to get an actual therapist, he supposes they can make do with what they have.
