All of the fic 'verses under this multi-fandom umbrella cross over with each other in small, sneaky ways (and sometimes even in significant, not-so-sneaky ways). They need not be read in the suggested order; in fact, not all of them need to be read, period. This compendium is merely a guideline for the reader who may wish to dive in and discover how they're connected.

    Summary

Jonathan can't let the Scarecrow drag him back to hell again. He won't let the 'inoculation' having burned away most of his ability to experience normal emotions ruin his life, either. He needs ongoing professional help.

Jonathan also has a vision of understanding and mastering fear, and taking his father's mistakes and turning them into something revolutionary. But for all his intelligence, he's just a teenager. He needs Edward Nygma.

I think this is the best portrayal of Gotham Jonathan Crane you will ever see. Like, anywhere.

Hey, you should take a look at this neat crossover thing my friend's doing! It makes a number of nods to DDO/WYFIR, too.

    Summary

He didn’t believe in ghosts, had said as much to Oswald – gullible, irrational Oswald who’d wept at the sight of his dead father speaking to him from beyond the grave. The thought made Ed sick to his stomach. Ghosts had no power over a rational mind, so why should’ve he been worried? There was no point in being afraid of something that didn’t exist.

After the incident at the docks, Ed puts his grand plan of destroying Oswald's legacy into action.
That, however, proves to be more difficult than he initially anticipated.

    Set immediately after 3x14.

“And an unfortunate one, it seems. Look at my clothes. Is this how you remember me being? Couldn’t you have imagined me wearing something nicer? You could’ve at least given me a scarf or something; I’ll catch a cold. Oh, wait – I forgot! I can’t do that, because I’m dead. Thank you for that, by the way. Thanks for killing me in these horrid clothes. Now I’ll have to wear them until you die.”

“What do you mean, until I die?”

“I have no intention of going anywhere, old friend. And seeing as I don’t seem to be able to move much further from you than your line of sight, leaving doesn’t seem to be an option in any case,” it said, frowning at Ed. “Although to be honest with you, it seems fitting, considering you’re the last thing I saw before I died, so fair’s fair.”

Both the haunting and fix-it aspects of this are done so satisfyingly right.
