Every chapter of this crossover fic was written by both Haruka and Katja. Katja wrote all parts from the point of view of the Bonanza characters and Haruka wrote all parts from the point of view of the X-Men: Evolution characters. These parts were posted in a private mailing list in 2002, in more-or-less RPG format, where both writers had their characters respond to each other's dialogue and actions. These joint responses were then compiled into individual chapters. This compilation was originally intended for a spanking fanfiction group, thus there are multiple scenes of corporal punishment of various types.
Please forgive any formatting errors as I've had to re-fit every line from a very old word processor for modern posting.

The setting and character groupings mentioned in the fic are based on the Alternate Universe in one of our previous verbal RPGs which was set in a school, and are not necessarily canon.
Our characters decided to play a game in the school's private online community, and here are the results. Characters played are from Sailormoon, Prince of Tennis, Fruits Basket, Hunter x Hunter, Loveless, Sukisyo, Koko wa Greenwood, Rurouni Kenshin, Yuu Yuu Hakushou, Fushigi Yuugi, Chouja Reideen, Kaikan Phrase, Anita Blake, Okane ga Nai, X-Men: Evolution, Mighty Ducks, Sohryuden, etc. Comments that the characters made on each other’s posts are in brackets.
This was written using Fighter's Block: http://cerey.github.io/fighters-block/ . This app lets you set a word limit while time counts down on your battle, so you have to write as fast as you can before time runs out or the monster defeats you. The word limit I chose was 500 words, so that's what I'm shooting for with each part to the story, which I'll call a Fighter Fic. In the spirit of the challenge, the only editing I'm doing afterwards are for typos; the rest stays as it was written in the time allotted.
My preference is to take liberties with canon, so expect that here.
Daily interaction and relationships between the X-Men and the Brotherhood at home and school.

I call this a Dice Fic because I wrote a list of characters and settings and then threw dice to let chance decide what I would write about.
