The last time anyone sees Stiles, he's being dragged off into the trees, screaming and bleeding out. The alpha moves too fast for them to keep up. When they go to follow the trail of blood, hearts pounding and panic blocking off their throats, it stops suddenly at the road where the forest ends and the city begins. The car is gone. Stiles is gone. Long gone.

4 years ago, Stiles was a relatively normal 16 year old. You know, except for the werewolves and the fact that he was in love with one. 2 years ago, Stiles was 18 and being dragged away from his dead father, and then he was packing his bags and leaving Beacon Hills behind. Now he's 20 and he's back in Beacon Hills to no one's knowledge but Scott's for a far more sinister purpose than just to say hello. In between the confusion of coming back to a place he thought he was leaving for good along with the people who reside there, Stiles knows what really happened to his father that night and he's not letting anyone go without a fight.
With a bat. And lots of blood.
