Summary
This series takes place between Chapters 83 and 84 of the Fullmetal Alchemist manga, the few months that Greedling, Ed, Darius and Heinkel spend on the lam, in the winter before the Promised Day. Awkward teenage fumbling, bickering, poorly-constructed tents, and occasional displays of competent teamwork ensue.

Summary
No Sound of Water is a pre-series action/drama focusing on Ling and his two guardsmen as they cross the desert to Amestris, as well as the events that drove them to such a dangerous journey. In an effort to keep the story serious and characterful, I had to beg Ling and his harem to behave. They agreed only if they could get a drabble or two after the fact. They are persuasive little things. T_T
