Yes, this is Mpreg.
And no, there’s no vivid child birth scene. The concept is that Summoner’s youthful arrogance gets him into a freak situation with his kismesis that sends them on a roller coaster both emotional and relationship-wise, and it’s not long before they’re wondering if Summoner is going to get out of it alive. Even if they do, this is going to end up leading to a doomed timeline.

Summary
They didn't have the most "normal" of relationships, but then, when attempting to rewrite an entire hierarchy, when was one ever defined as normal anyway? Why not go ahead and redefine what was "acceptable" for quadrants as well?
