Summary #1: PGP. Once again, the United Planets of the Teal and Vandor Confederacy are at war. As the new president of the Federation, Blake is appointed as neutral arbiter, but he’s determined to broker a peace instead, particularly when he discovers that Avon has been appointed as the Teal champion in the two years since they last saw each other on Gauda Prime.
