Summary
The end of a cycle is never gentle; the death of one is worse.
An AU where everything is close to movie canon, only slightly twisted out of step, with details changed and highlighted. Tony still becomes Iron Man, Thor still gets Mjolnir, and Loki still falls from the Bifrost.
