Summary
Set in a post-nuclear war Utopia, cities have been reconstructed into tight-knit urbanscapes, keeping close to a Court of individuals (mutants) with the power to keep them safe from the radioactive wasteland that lies beyond the city walls. 'Warfare' is passe, and all international disputes are handled through the Court in a civilised manner. Death is old fashioned, conflict is middle class and there has been peace for over three hundred years.
The Queen rules with an iron fist; but the days of the court are waning.
