I rarely know what to write in these boxes, but it feels such a shame to leave one empty.
Who am I, fan-wise? Well, I'm pretty much exclusively part of the Buffy and Angel fandoms, and the Spuffy subset in particular, though I dabble following various whims. I discovered fanfic in around 2000/2001 and, according to my long-unused fanfiction.net account, have been writing since 2002. However, since I've tried to purge the internet of anything written before 2004, it's probably fair to say that I didn't really start 'writing' until then. You can mostly find me knocking about LJ and DW, also as Quinara.
As much of a Spuffy shipper as I am, in my work I usually focus on Spike or Buffy as an individual character, which often leads to an almost gen-like slant or their relationship at least having to share the stage with other themes. I love exploring ideas such as illusion vs. reality, supernatural power vs. humanity and past vs. present.
I love Classics, verse and indirect storytelling.
Also, a lot of my fics have no particular warnings, but I do deal with issues such as consent/agency in non-sexual contexts. If you'd like to know more about specific fics before you read them, feel free to email me and I'll try and be as helpful as possible.
