Hardison's humor is wonderful in this, and it honestly had me laughing out loud. The fic also had his geekiness down pat, and everyone else's characterizations were spot on. And El, oh El stole my heart in this fic: she was so beautifully honest and yet sneaky, caring and concerned, and just all-around ELIZABETH. So much love for this, so much!

"Ororo had watched his body simply rip itself apart in an agonizing gush of liquid, and now there was nothing his people could have carried home to mourn over. Even the rivulets that constituted his sole remains were quickly drying, evaporating into the air, to be lost as if he never existed.
Even he didn't deserve that. No one did."
This was a wonderful between-the-scenes piece, with an incredible amount of emotion. It also reflects on the differences in the movieverse from other X-Men verses while keeping many core traits of the characters the same.

A realistic look at the effects Beast's sudden transformation. It does a wonderful job of getting into the Belle's mindset, and how she hadn't prepared for something as huge as being a princess. It also manages to keep the characterizations of all of the servants dead-on, and more than a bit humorous.
