Summary
Many people call them Supervisors and Correctees but the master/slave dynamic is sickeningly obvious to John. He had no intention of ever taking part, but circumstances leave him little option. Soon he is the resigned ‘supervisor’ of Bane, a man forced into manual labour to atone for an irreversible choice twelve years prior. Despite their strained situation, Bane and John realize that they have more in common than they first thought.
