Especially since the name translates so easily into "Sara" (or perhaps a Vulcan equivalent). So. Clearly the meme needs some girl!Sarek/Amanda femslash; maybe Spock was conceived via in-vitro, i.e. one of the women had her eggs tinkered with to impregnate the other.
