Summary
"She'd Not Said A Whole Hell Of A Lot More" is a line from Ghost Story. When Harry realizes that Murphy doesn't bring up Kincaid on purpose. Harry imagines how things played out between Murphy and Kincaid after his death. I took that tidbit, and expanded it into this story. Takes place about a week after "Changes" from Murphy's PoV.
