Summary
Jake doesn't believe in fate, not in the way he knows others do. One chance meeting in an airport terminal changes his mind and his life. No matter how much he tries he can't forget that day and when he gets a second chance he takes it without a second thought. But fate turns out to be a bitch, leaving him heartbroken, a little older, a little more cynical. Jake manages to move past disappointment and finds peace. Then his world is turned upside down by an unexpected coincidence. A new job, a new start with the one man he doesn't think he can ever stop wanting.
Van wants everything. It's a feeling that's both familiar and unwanted. When he gives in to it for once, he ends up hurting someone he didn't realize would become important, a part of him. If he had, he knows it would have gone differently. Now, he had to contend with an acting partner that he never saw coming, feelings he should not be having and the decision whether taking a chance on the unknown is worth risking giving up everything he knows.

Summary
Excerpts of an acquintance in Brian and Justin's world.
Outsider POV.
When Brian had approached him at Woody's and asked his advice on what to do with his - whatever the hell he was - Justin, his first reaction was to laugh because really. Brian Kinney coming to him for psychological treatment was the beginning to a lot of his hotter fantasies.
The laughter got lost somewhere between his throat and the look in Kinney’s eyes when he asked for his help. In that gorgeous face that normally showed little to no emotion, he could see way too much. More than he was sure Brian would have wanted to show. More than Alex was comfortable looking at.

Summary
Justin has a bad day.
There were some muffled sounds, the clunk of shoes falling on the floor, the rustle of bags being moved around and then it faded and there was nothing.
Brian closed his eyes, sighing.
That was never a good sign.

Summary
Ted stared at the computer screen, reading and then re-reading the three little words. This was so not happening to him. Maybe if he closed his eyes, counted to ten, when he opened them again, those three little words would have disappeared. He forced them to do that, counted slowly, and ventured a look.

Summary
Excerpts of Brian and Justin's life.
This is a ten part series inspired by this meme I saw floating around. The gist of it was: put your iTunes on shuffle, and write a drabble based on each of the first ten songs that play. Don’t linger when the song is over, this is an exercise. Though this series ranges in length from drabblish to ficlet to not so ficlet.
