“Oh, y’think?” Dean snapped out, and snatched the phone from Sam. “Where are you?”
“I’m not,” Castiel said, and, “I don’t know. Dean, everything is written in Italian, and I should be able to read it but I can’t remember most of the words and I can’t feel the Earth’s magnetic field or where the equator is or this vessel’s negotiations with gravity, Dean, I don’t know where I am.”

Dark!fic AU. Castiel is the black-eyed Angel of the Crossroads with whom Dean barters himself to save Mary from dying. Ripping him from his life on earth, Castiel takes Dean to Heaven to serve as a makeshift pet. The more time he spends with the angel, Dean starts to see that something bigger is happening to him and he's powerless to stop it. Wherein Dean makes a hefty living as a tattoo artist who owns the space next to Gabriel's cafe. Sam attends the local university. When Gabe's cousin comes to live with him while starting grad school at Sam's university, Dean thinks for sure that all his negative karma's coming to bite him in the ass because Cas clearly has a thing for Sam. No one would ever choose him over Sam. That's just logic.

The first six weeks of figuring out How Sex Works, with one scene per week. Because this universe needed more porn. And fluff. And cuddles. And "I still don't get how that is meant to fit". And let's face it, neither of them has ever actually had a sex ed class, and neither of them has the internet to turn to.
Given how sickeningly adorable these two are with each other, it's actually mostly fluff that just happens to involve sex scenes.
On the other hand, given it is, essentially, six sex scenes, it shouldn't be necessary to have read the main fic to understand and enjoy them.Series
