    Summary

Gaby is no help either, because every time Napoleon even broaches the subject of how Illya has the uncanny ability to find him, she says such hurtful and awful things like, “Maybe you’re just easy to find.”

It's not bugs and it's not trackers, so how does Illya keep finding Napoleon, no matter where he goes?

“This isn’t exactly a private venue though. I thought you had better sense than that.”

“Convenient, then, that I do not answer to your kind,” Oleg presents a folder to Illya, an exchange so blatantly obvious it hurt. Napoleon forces his expression to remain neutral. From the ram-rod angle of Illya’s back, Napoleon gathers Oleg isn’t worth his time.

“Of course. Lovely seeing you again.”

    Summary

"You've given me a babysitter," Napoleon says, half-accusation that he does little to disguise, "I offer you the perfect spy," he touches a hand to his chest, "And you assign him a babysitter. He's Russian!"

"Mr. Solo, you are a con, not a spy. You're not even human."

    Summary

A tall blonde man at a quiet corner of the bar had turned out to be far less drunk than he had seemed, and now Napoleon’s wrist was caught in an iron grip, and he had been hauled up close for inspection with no apparent effort. His ‘victim’, Napoleon noted, startled, was like a deliberately ruined painting, movie-star looks gashed by a thin, hard line of a mouth and pitiless blue eyes; there was a cold savagery to his poise, his immaculate charcoal suit, his fine-combed hair that shone a dull bloody rust in the muted mood lighting of the bar. Pointedly, the stranger picked his watch out of Napoleon’s grip, and pocketed it.
