Hannibal was wondering what he would do to Will. Yet each time he was prepared to take his life, Will showed another side that had to be explored and prodded. A rather captivating idea came to Hannibal’s mind when he saw what a momentary connection with Marissa did to Will. He realized that he did not have to touch Will to play with him.
