Summary
John loves Sherlock but he finds himself unable to tell him...
I accepted it today that much is clear. I accepted it when I walked in on him. He was completely covered in something which looked like… yeah it looked like jam. He said it was for an experiment, and I was just done. He is a brilliant crazy bastard. That was when I realized that I had accepted it. I had known for a while that… that I loved him, I hadn’t been able to accept it though. But when I walked in on him like that, the first thought that shot through my mind was: “how can you not love a person who covers himself in jam for some crazy experiment?”

Summary
A night before the Reichenbach fall.
Silence. I opened my eyes only to meet Sherlock’s alien gaze, his beautiful catching eyes, cold eyes. With a sudden passion I moved towards him. Our mouths meet quickly only to part again. As we lay with our faces against each other, I felt tears once again on my cheeks, I did not know whether it was mine or his. Secretly I hoped it was Sherlock’s, it would be nice if he would show some affection, on this, our last night together.

Summary
Every time I stand by his gravestone I ask him the same thing, no I don’t ask him, I beg him, I beg of him to return to me, and every time nothing happens. What could happen? He is dead and the only things which are left for me are an empty flat and a cold stone. A stone can’t answer me, a flat can’t comfort me. It is not a surprise that I feel like I have fallen into a nightmare.

Summary
Katniss and Peeta have missed their entire teenage experience. Johanna suggests some ways they might...catch up.
So I think about it. I think about the cave and the beach and the nights on the train; about the primroses and the bread and his fingers folded around mine. About the day on the roof and the hours we'd spent wrapped around each other in this bed, trying to rediscover whatever peace we could find in this life. About how I know that as long as I had choices in this world, I would choose Peeta, and I wasn't sure if he knew that--although he probably did, because he's much smarter about me than I am about him.
And so I lay my hand on top of his, and say, "Well, where did she suggest we start?"Bookmarked by Idling

Summary
Everyone is born with the name of their Soul Mate on their finger. This is called their SBI, or Soul Bond Inscription, and from the time a person turns sixteen, they are locked in a Search for the person with the corresponding SBI; the person with their name on their finger, in the same color as their own SBI. They do not know when, and they do not know where. All they know is that at the end of their Search is the person they are meant to spend the rest of their life with.

Summary
A voice came from the other side of the room. “You know, if you ate more often, this sort of thing wouldn’t happen. I can’t let you out of my sight for a minute, can I?” Sherlock froze at the familiar voice. No. It wasn’t possible. John, sitting in the lumpy armchair in the corner and smiling at him with that combination of affection and disappointment that was uniquely John’s.
He stared at him, flogging his unusually sluggish brain. There had been a knock on the door, and nobody knocked on his door. Nobody knew he was there. "How did you find me?"
Because--catching up is what you do with old friends.
