After the game, the surviving players found themselves with a nice new universe, with a new Earth (which looks mostly like Earth) shared by trolls and humans. Things were relatively nice for a few years, even as they drifted apart, and then the apocalypse happened in the form of rather too many monsters during an attempt to reunite.
