Mr. Rossok claims that his daughter Patricia, who just survived a cruel medical experiment in Auschwitz, was a bright, happy, shining girl who was a fallen angel that needed to find her light again. He asks Doctor Avian to give her an augmentation to help her regain hope in life, but little does her father know, it is at the cost of her and his sanity, and she becomes the daughter he wished he never had, whom he dubbed Peacock.
