Summary
This story is part of the Melpomaen the Elfling universe.
Ereolas is the reborn King Oropher and is married to Cirdan. They live in Mithlond. He has decided to write his memoirs of when he was King of the Greenwood and also record the details of his life in Mithlond in anecdotal, diary form.
To familiarise yourself with the characters you could read Melpomaen the Elfling first, but it is not necessary.
Here is a brief synopsis of the events leading up to this story:
Melpomaen and Ereolas are Erestor and Legolas’ elflings. Ereolas is King Oropher reborn and so Legolas actually gave birth to his grand ada. Ereolas is able to speak, read, write, be a pain in the ass, as soon as he is born. Shortly after his birth, he demands his old throne back. His parents and the Valar, who prefer Thranduil as king, resist him. Ereolas accepts, in the end, that he will never be a king again and adopts a new hobby: researching and imposing the rules of etiquette. He terrorises everyone with etiquette.
Oropher’s soul mate is Cirdan and when he came of age they were married and moved to Mithlond. Recently, Ereolas has found that he carries the curse of Legolas.

Summary
Melpomaen is a reborn elfling. He has two fathers because Saruman cursed one of them to fall pregnant to the next elf they saw - that unfortunate elf was Legolas. Mel was born with all his father, Erestor's, memories and intelligence and causes mayhem wherever he goes. He is probably the cutest, naughtiest and baddest elfling anywhere and yet he steadfastly refuses to believe he is anything but well behaved. Erestor is the only elf to have ever suffered a migraine; he hopes they will go when Mel is fifty and leaves home.
Wherever Mel goes there is uproar. Things become worse when he finds out that the Valar have already assigned him a soul mate and that a new baby brother is on the way, who is also reborn. Who are Mel's first set of parents and why does Saruman want to capture him. How did Mel manage to stab the wizard in the eye with an arrow and why is Sauron so interested in him? Also, why have the Valar assigned Gandalf to be his guide?
The story follows Mel as he grows, until he becomes an adult, finding out about his true origins on the way. Will he choose to be good or will he embrace evil? It could go either way.

Summary
Curufin loves the feel of a man's stubble, so can he persuade Beren to spend the night with him, instead of rescuing Luthien?
Celegorm and Curufin hold Luthien prisoner in the highest tower of their stronghold. She is not very happy, especially when Celegorm declares his love for her! In fact, she spends her time thinking up imaginative tortures and threatening him with them.
Lúthien rejects Celegorm, yet again, so he loses his temper with the next elf he sees - this nearly always happens to be Curufin or one of the servants. Celegorm does this several times a day. Curufin takes Huan, the shape shifting dog, who has an uncanny resemblance to a poodle but thinks he is really a wolf, to the local tavern where they meet Lúthien's would be rescuer.
Poor Beren, will he really die a virgin? Is Curufin really in love with him? What is it about a man's stubble? Read on and find out!

Summary
At the beginning of the 20th Century, Count Glorfindel's world is thrown into disarray as he takes on what proves to be his most important case. He could lose everything, even his life.
What is the secret of the Cullinan Diamond and why have so many died in pursuit of it? The British Crown Jewels contain a secret so important that a shadowy society guards it with their lives. The Royal Family is also keeping a secret – one so explosive that if revealed it could rock the foundations of the British monarchy forever.
Glorfindel investigates a seemingly simple country house theft. The method of robbery and the goods stolen lead him to suspect that a further, much larger burglary is about to take place. His inquiries lead to attempts on his life, dead ends, treachery, murder, dangerous secrets and a final massive deception originating from thousands of years before when the Sons of Feanor waged war in Middle-earth.
Will Glorfindel solve the case and save the world as we know it? Read on and find out!
