Summary: The Fourth Cetagandan invasion has been successfully repelled, and Emperor Ivan has a broken Barrayar to mend. The Cetagandans have retreated to lick their wounds, but they remain a constant threat, unpredictable and potentially deadly. With foreign obligations demanding attention and forces at home vying to fill the power vacuums left in the aftermath of the war, can Ivan successfully secure Barrayaran interests and protect the future?
