The author is slowly becoming one of my all time favourites for Jason/Tim; the voices are perfect. It's sweet and another one I will be coming back to reread. In this one Tim and Jason are best friends as kids and it just fits: stop reading this and read the story. What heck are you waiting for?

What if Tim had followed Jason to Ethiopia? Tim follows Jason to Ethiopia when he tries to find his mother. At a critical moment Tim acts to save his hero, changing everything as a result of that one moment of bravery.

My summary: We all know Tim's father and mother weren't the best, but in this his mother is cold and heartless. It works, boy, does it work. Tim is a brilliant young man who needs more love and finds it after saving Robin from Joker. He gets everything he dreams of and more, even with the struggles along the way.
(My review: This will be a story that I will be coming back to and reading again and again. It is a hurt comfort story that has hugs and family. It's the kind of story that has a dark edge but sun light at the end. They deal with all the hurt Tim has because he has to recover from what happen to him while saving Jason and everything with his parents read it. It's good, I read it in one afternoon and I sent it to friends. Than I did this; which I don't normally do.)
