While in a tiny town in Norway, Martin's cold progresses into something far worse. He seems to think he's fine, but Douglas can tell otherwise. And of course, Douglas being Douglas is correct, and thank goodness he decides to act on it.

For the cabinpres_fic prompt: Douglas/Martin medfet. Martin isn't feeling entirely well, but isn't so sick that he needs to go the doctor's and he has a van job later that day anyway. Douglas sees this and offers his (dubious) expertise.
