Summary
I wrote most of this on Mother's Day cuz I was missing my mom, who died 15 years ago. I thought it would be interesting to explore how each of the TOS crew (and a few others) might have reacted to Kirk's death in Generations. I stuck to canon for this one as much as I could, so for once Chapel won't take center stage (she's fine with that LOL).

This is a "Sacrifice" post ep. What happens next? I ship Oliver/Felicity, in case that's not clear from this story, so I've tagged it that way, but this isn't necessarily shippy since I'm trying to do a look at the first few hours after the events in the finale. Summary
A Kirk/Spock/Chapel series that started with a standalone story, and then took off. The stories vary in tone from dark and serious to lighthearted and humorous. This triangle goes all the way around, it's not just Chapel with two boyfriends, nor is Chapel the token girl in a mostly slash story. All are told from Chapel's POV, which limits things a bit at times, but it started out her story to tell, and she intends to keep it that way.

Summary
Something that happened in JLA and WW comics got me thinking about Aquaman and Wonder Woman long before the latest Reboots did anything with them. And since I can't not bring Kal and Bruce in, this got very messy, very fast, but not in a multiple kind of way. So the question here was: Even if Aquaman gets Wonder Woman, can he ever hope to keep her? Can he ever get past what Kal and Bruce mean to her?
