The Hulk's been held captive for years, and when he escapes the Avengers are ordered to 'permanently neutralize' him, as continual abuse made him more of a rage monster than ever and he's unable to revert to Bruce at all. Tony Stark never was much good at following orders.

Breakfast at the Avengers Tower is always fun. Especially when you can watch the endless parade of Tony's one night stands trying to sneak out without being seen. Clint can't help but notice that during the last couple of weeks they all start looking pretty much the same. Like someone they know... No, even Tony wouldn't be that stupid. Right?

“Cap is very interested in talking to Spider-Man. Stark is not the only one who sees the potential in you. We would like to give you a warning... We want to talk to you, you’ll find out the things that Stark didn’t tell you before you got involved in this fight. When you know everything, you can decide which side you are on or if you even want to get involved into all this further.”
Peter is approached by Team Cap and they claim to have information that might change his perspective on a lot of things. They are right.

“This job... we try to save as many people as we can. Sometimes that doesn't mean everybody. But if we can't find a way to live with that, next time... maybe nobody gets saved.”
At the end of the day Steve did save everybody. He saved Bucky from Tony, his team from the government, the world from the Sokovia Accords. Some time would probably have to pass for things to blow over, and then everything would go back to normal. Couple of days. Tops. After all Team Cap saved everybody, showing the world how dangerous the accords were, how easily they could be abused. Even their supporters had to come to their senses now.
Yet five days after Siberia nobody feels safe. Things don’t calm down and suddenly it’s again Steve against the rest of the world. Only now it’s not some international organisation or government but the people. The ones he had saved. Slowly Captain America must realize that they don’t feel saved but angry, hurt and scared.
The people demand justice for those who were really trying to save them and paid the price for it.
It took years, but they're friends—best friends. But no matter how friendly things were between them, Marinette could never fully figure out what that look of his meant, nor could Adrien build up the courage to tell her.
