AU. Before the Grand Prix Final starts in Sochi, Yuuri finds Victor's phone. He returns it--and hijinks and heavy flirtation ensue.
(Just about everything that happens at the Sochi GPF happens here, so if something that happens there might bother you, check the tags?)
Now with bonus epilogue!
“Aaaaaah.” Yuuri winced. “I look so…”
Victor winked at him. “Cute!”
Before Yuuri could protest, Victor dropped the photo into Instagram and started typing a caption.
My champion! I thought I lost my phone this morning, but look who returned it? Our very own…
Yuuri watched as Victor’s agile thumbs (so agile, and no, he was not going to think about what else Victor could do with them) stopped moving. That fan-struck part of him that had been screaming mentally in the back of his mind came to a slow halt.
Victor didn’t know his name.

Victor learns Japanese while in Hasetsu. He doesn't tell Yuuri, and things get dicey when he overhears Yuuri and Mari talking about him in Japanese. Repeatedly.
(The subtitle of this fic should be: Victor Nikiforov really needs a hug. Luckily, he gets one. Eventually.)
Yes, technically he’s grabbing Yuuri’s ass, but how else is he to communicate?
Captain Alec Lightwood goes to Atlantis, fights Wraith, gets soul bonded, gets kidnapped, gets sex pollened, blows stuff up, and falls in love. Mostly in that order.
A Stargate Atlantis AU.
The longer his relationship with Tony has gone on, the more Steve wishes he'd gotten the chance to sock Howard Stark in the nose.
He finally gets his chance.
Yuuri thinks his life is progressing nicely. Good job. Nice apartment. Boyfriend? Nevermind: cheating ex boyfriend.
His blackout drunken antics attract the young Olympic-gold level skater, Victor Nikiforov, who's fled from skating in the middle of the season after fainting on the ice.
It all sounds very serendipitous but Yuuri wants nothing to do with men. Victor, desperate and running from his problems, promises that instead of a man, he'll be Yuuri's "pet" if that means he can stay with Yuuri for a little, down on his luck. Yuuri's concerned that this shameless man who is willing to sacrifice his dignity so readily will get himself in trouble, so he accepts the offer with second-hand embarrassment.
This gambit lasts for all of two days before Yuuri finds himself teaching an ice skater how to dance off his blades, and Victor starts finding new reasons to stay in Japan.
